Now that Mr. Obama has assumed the highest office in the land and (one of) the most powerful positions in the world (for now), this post will be updated periodically to document the "change" to American culture as it occurs.
First, a few executive orders were put in place immediately after B Hussein Obama assummed office:
According to a former Hill aide, the orders will:
- close
the detainee camp at Guantanamo Bay within a year and establish a
process by which the U.S. government figures out what to do with the
remaining detainees;
- establish new rules on interrogation methods moving forward;
- establish new guidelines for the treatment of detainees moving forward.

Would someone please tell me what is
wrong with Gitmo - does this sound like "torture" to you? Consider...
the detained suspected terrorists (including many of those charged with planning and implementing the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center),
- are interrogated in a lazy-boy recliner

- have gained an average of 20 pounds

- get taxpayer funded prayer rugs and are served "culturally sensitive" meals
